Is there a way to do a true dub of a DVD yet? Like with an audio CD in one drive, a CD-r in another and do a straight copy?
I have a DVD-ROM and a DVD burner and I'd like to do it if possible.

No.
And remember that it would only work(if it is even possible) on single layer DVDs(4.3GB) and most DVDs are today on dual layer DVDs(8.7GB).
