Anyone know where I can purchase one of these cards? I recently acquired a DVD drive and noticed playback is a bit jumpy on my old 450Mhz dinosaur. Thanks for any help.
What?

A Realmagic Hollywood+ or XCard would suit you... You should be able to find these cards at almost all computer stores....

You might want to buy a new videocard that supports DVD playback:ATI
XPERT 2000 RAGE 128 was under $30US and Radeon for under $40/w tv out:http://www.pricewatch.com -
just try the pc-store around the corner, but why you need one with a 450 processor? check your dma settings.....
i work with a 750 athlon and i use a dxr3 (creative) but only for the dvd-signal out to my tv set, i think this works better then the ordinary tv-out.
