    Can anyone say: "what is the best way to convert DVD to SVCD"

    I tried several ways, but got errors...

    I mean I want quality and perfection. What should I do

    I have been using DVD2SVCD and Cinema Craft and the results are great. Not only that you just stick the DVD in hit a few buttons and away it goes. I highly recommend it.
