  1. i have a file with 23.976 fps and i want to make svcd from it.
    what format should i choose, ntsc, ntsc film or pal?
    i am gonna use tmpgenc of course

    why is there a difference between vcd ntsc film and svcd ntsc film in
    fps?

  3. even though in TMPGEnc ntsc film svcd shows that it is 29 fps, not 23?

    Use the wizard and select ntscfilm and it should be okey. (check under other settings before encoding, it should say 23,967 (internally 29,976) under fps and 3:2 pulldown when playback under encode mode.)
