    Hi, I'm using Win XP Pro and cant encode divx to mpeg2 -the encoding will start, but no frame will be encoded. Can anyone tell me what do I do to make it work?

    When you play the avi file, does it play all right?
    What template and settings do you use in TMPGEnc?
