How do you find out how a divx was encoded (bitrate, field order, interlaced....)? I need to know what setting to enter into TMPGEnc.
I know you can use DVD2AVI (File, Load Project pick file: Option, Preview [F5]; Statistics [F6]) to find out the for mpeg-2 files. Can it do it for mpeg-1 files?
Is Virtualdub (File, File Information) the only way? Does it show field order and whether it's interlaced or not.....(is it as thorough as DVD2AVI's statistics is for mpeg-2)?
