  1. okie, a while ago, i posted something about how i had a problem where tmpeg encoder keeps crashing while converting. however, 2day, i realized that isn't the problem. the problem, is that whenever it gets to a certain point in the source, it starts to convert INCREDIBLY slow! after 4hours and 14min of converting i am at a source position of 49sec!!! that is CRAZY! i'm converting a tv series which was 5 eps long. the first 3 converted no problem. but eps 4 and 5 are so messed up. it's approx. a 20min video but it sez that it'll take over 130 HOURS to convert! that's almost a WEEK! does anyone know how 2 fix this? thanks in advance

check for bad frames with Vdub, save out another copy, using Video and audio > direct stream copy.

Use "vdub-mp3-freeze.exe" if Vdub gives problems scanning. c:\badframes.log to find list of bad frames.
