  1. Hello,
I have some video's that are originally 60 fps and I would like to make them in to 29.97 fps vcd's but when I use TNPGEnc to convert it shuts off. Is there any way to convert these? Thanks in advance for any info.

Can you give us some more details about that source video? File properties?

    thought you said 60fps?

Looks like you're going from Windows Media (guessing) to MPEG, and you're having a driver problem...

I'm not CERTAIN what you should do, I would try looking for the latest updates to "media player" (for driver improvement), also look in the driver settings in TMPEG to see what's prioritized... you might have to raise priority for the Windows component...

I'm at work, so unfortunately I don't have TMPGEnc in front of me, can someone who does tell him the exact place I'm talking about?...

...if all that fails, you might need to use another program (V-Dub maybe) and create new uncompressed streams from it (AVI, Audio). Windows Media is an absolute pain in the neck to convert FROM...!
