    How to convert (what plugin etc) is needed to convert divx with 48 audio to i.e. VCD or SVCD with 44.1 audio?

    Coverting the 48 .wav to 44.1 .wav and using that as audio source causes non-synch stream, VCD or SVCD, doesnt matter.

    Go to the tools\links section and get
    toolame and Scmpx
    Toolame for external audio decoder
    Scmpx for Sampling frequency convertor
