Hello,
I got this capture card (PCI card) then installed in a system. WinXP Pro doesn't recognize that. I moved to different PCI slot now OS found new hardware and then installed driver. I also downloaded the latest driver for it as well. The problem is it keeps freezing my system and the only way to get out is hitting reset.
It lets me configure for the digitalVCR software i.e. setup video source, channels etc... but as soon as I change channels or move the window around whole system freezes. I cannot do anything beyond setting. Anyone has this type of card & experiences same problems, please let me know how to go about fixing this.
System config.:
Dual Tualatin Tyan MB
-PIII-1.4G-512K Cache CPUs
ASUS Video 7000 Series Card
WinXP Pro
256K Memory
Adaptec SCSI card
Network Card
Creative soundcard
2 80G IDE hard drives
SCSI drive
