    Just wondering if this can be done and if so whats the best way/progs to do it.
    Would like to remove them from a VCD .mpeg.

    You cant, they are now part of the movie. The only thing you can do is crop them out, and loose part of the frame, or place a big block on top of them with Vdub filter (Logo away)
