    Is there a program that can fix an mpeg with bad dubbing (ie. the words don't go with the mouths)?

    If the file is out of sync by the same amount the entire movie, than it's fixable. If it starts out in sync and gradually goes out of sync, it's more trouble than it's worth to repair.
