Made MPEG2. Now what??

I made an MPEG2 with TMPGenc of an avi. Now i want to burn it. What do you mean buy author?

What is the next step after this??

By author I gather that they mean use some dvd package that will allow generation of menus etc.

Or if you arn't making menus then a prog that will create the video_ts folder for burning with nero etc.

The problem is that I have done just that.

Converted a hi quality avi to mpeg2 using the Pal DVD wizard. I modified it so that it is full screen (keeping ratio). It has converted sucessfully and I chose a bitrate that would keep it under 4.7gb (~3.7gb total) but I can't get anything to take this file now

ifoedit won't create the files so I can't burn it using nero etc and no other authing tools will take it as an input video (Video pack, Impression DVD, DVD it SE etc etc)
