Need help with FLaskMPEG

Hi, I get this error -- > "An error occured when opening the file" whenever i try to open an ifo stored on my hd. I can't play vob files in my Windows Media or Powerdvd. Can someone help me on what I might be missing?
I can open vob files in FLASKMPEG though.

codec problem. Uninstall PowerDVD and reboot. Install PowerDVD again.
This should reset the mpeg-2 codec correctly.
