Is it possible to create an audio CD that contains VCD?

Or the other way around - can i create a VCD that will also play additional audio tracks in normal CD players?
I did an extensive research on this, and i need the information quickly.
I also noticed that this question was already asked in this forum, but i couldn't understand much from the answers.
So, i understand that it's possible (and please correct me if i'm wrong) by burning the 2 VCD tracks along with the audio tracks and a modified cue or TOC. If it's true, then how do i do it? What software enables me to edit a TOC, or alternatively, what software can accept data, TOC and wave files without asking too many questions about it?

Yes, it´s a hybrid CD = VCD on DVD players, CD-DA on CD Players and
CD-ROM on PC/Macs.

It´s not so easy to author and i cannot find any guide on the web, i do it with some tricks. Unfortunately i cant write a guide with simple steps
because the result will be a bible...

Have you actually done it? and it worked, and played the audio on CD players and the VCD on a VCD/DVD player?
