winrar movie files?

could somoeone tell me how to use winrar with movie files?
I downloaded a movie that was a rar file, and I don't know what to do with the 50 million different pieces that have! I know that together they make a movie, but I just need a little boost to help me to understand this. I downloaded winrar, I guess thats the first step. so while I am wating for someone to hit me back, Ill be reading the winrar help file...

ok, you downloaded winrar, first step.

say this is your file. Open it with winrar, it will show there are multiple files within the pack. Highlight them all, drag them to the folder where you want them to be. This process could take upto 10minutes depending on your computer. Once all the files have been "unrared", double click on the rar the lowest numbered rar, 00 or 01. That will show you the bin and cue for the movie. Highlight both of those, drag them to the folder where you would like them to be placed. Once you have the bin/cue files, you have choices as to what you would like to do with them. If you are wanting to burn them to play on a dvd player, then burn the files with cdrwin or fireburner. If you are just wanting to play them on your computer, you can either get isobuster, extract the mpg file from within the pack, or you can get daemon tools, mount the cue to the fake drive and watch from there.
