I have used PICVideo to create a file exported from Premiere of several high-res pictures. I then use TMPGEnc to convert this to Mpeg 1 for VCD and then propose to burn to CD. Unfortunately after conversion to MPEG the pictures all have flashing blocks of colour in them, not just one colour but all colours. All colours flash from light to dark.
If I use Nero to convert the file on writing, I don't get flashing blocks of colour, just the same areas tend to shimmer and shake.
What can I do to stop this. I am exporting for using PAL settings at 25fps.
Please help
Gary
