No DV Capture Pro-One

I cannot get Premier 6 to capture DV from my Sony DSR-PD150, though AVI files transfer OK through composite.

Under Device Manager, there is no Camcorder/VCR brand listed, nor the Microsoft default -- even though the 1394 bus controller lists the Pro-One.
