"tommyknocker"...i'm not sure what kvcd is....but i will check out the wbsite and see if i can do something with it..and i wonder if my vcd gonna work with my DVD player later...but thanx for the help really.I appreciate it.
"tenders"...thank you very much...but i'm making vcds and i've never heard of CQ..what is that? -
Crap in, crap out.
If you're DivX file is in poor shape, you're MPEG won't get bether.
How big is the file, and how long is the running time? -
First off, give up trying to get QUALITY MPEG1(AKA VCD)...it ain't gonna happen. Once you realize that MPEG2(AKA SVCD) is the only way to go, unless you got the processor power for DiVX(AKA MPEG4).
Second, once you figure out that MPEG2 is good, make it better by using a good bitrate, ie, better than 2500 Kbps.
Third, ya gotta experiment with either CQ or VBR, it depends on how much motion you got in your video, to know which is best. If you don't know what CQ is, better go back to studying those manuals.MOBO: ASUS P4P800 Deluxe
