could someone tell me good Premiere plug-ins. speacially mpeg and mpeg-2 plug-ins for encoding VCD's and SVCD's.

subtitles with premiere 6.0. how? some kinda plugin? or what.. i tried to search the net and i found next to nothing.. some Mac plug-in.. i'll keep this question here, thouhg i search this same thing in adobe forum..
