    i've tried direct stream and full processing mode in virtualdub... both can't work... even in direct stream, i rename the captured wav to .ac3 and tries to encode the ac3 file to wav using besweet and headach3e... both cannot work too...

    nimo codec, divx ac3 codec.. wadever ac3 codec also installed... just cannot rip out the wav file.. this is getting very annoying...

    is there an easier method to rip of the audio from avi encoded in ac3 audio...

    pls advice~ thanks...

    Whats the error message your getting in headac3he when you try to load the ac3 file? you did rename it with the extension of ac3, right?
