    I got some troubles when converting an divx avi movie to svcd with TMPGEnc. The original file i 30 fps and when changing this to Europe standard 25 fps the picture isn't so smooth anymore. And when burning with Nero it has to recode the file again. What can I do?

    try useing the ntsc template in tmpg,but not the "film" one.
