Can't capture with DVNowAV

WOW, what an active Forum. Glad I found it, I think. Please try to help me. I have been frustrated for 3 weeks now trying to get this thing to work.

I have installed DVNowAV with Premier 6. Everything installed just fine. Hooked up camera (Sony DCR-TRV310 and JVC GRSXM320, both in analog). Using S-Video (Y/C) cord.
Program won't record to hard disk. Nothing happens.
I have no idea how to get started into this program. I tried contacting seller and manufacturer and got vertualy no response or help.
I upgraded computer based on seller's recommendations.
AMD Athlon 850, 40gig hard drive, TnT2 video card, 256 MB Ram, Win98SE.
I will be trying to capture Fuji Hi8 MP and Maxell VHS-C.
I think if you can get me started I can take it from there.
Just, please get me started.

Figured it out. Slept on it for awhile. Answer came to me in a dream.
So life goes on.

Also Videoguys contacted me and helped me getting more going. Guess they are busy with guys on vacation and all.
