    What program would you recommend me use to make a vcd that has true chapters, menus with sound possibly, and is overall not that hard to get used to.

    Read the "how to" guides over there on the left. People typed them once, no point in doing it again.

    I know how to make a VCD, I want to know what program I should use though.

  4. Ulead DVD Movie Factory is 70% my top choice.
    I also enjoy TSVC, because I prefer to have the chapter entry points from the remote.

    VCDEasy can create TRUE chapters and menus with sound.
