Hi - I was just wondering what is the normal time it takes to encode a vcd from avi. I've loaded up TMPGEnc, and have hit the start button. It varies between 3 and 7 hours for 1 CD!!! Is this correct, or am I missing something??!!

it depends on you computer and the length of the video. i took me 5 hours to encode (non-standard vcd) a 93 min movie, and yes thats normal.
