When I put my own VCD (created with NERO 5.5, CD-Recorder LITE-ON LSR32123S on KODAK CD-R Ultima 80) in the DVD player DVP315E this one says me that the disk is not readable.
The DVD-ROM of my PC reads the VCD without any problem.
May the CD-R KODAK Ultima 80 be unsuitable?
There is any type of setting that I have to do before recording ?

I looked up your player in the DVD Player database at right. Three of the eight reports were able to play a VCD. The manufacturer says that your player will NOT play CD-Rs. If you refuse to give up after this, I suggest you contact one of your fellow owners, using the PM function here and see if they are willing to help you. Good luck!

is this a sony player? if so try datasafe media discs, the old type not the new silver ones or try princo RW
these are the only discs I know of so far that work in mine (dvp515) so yours might be the same
