Lately, last few months I have been getting TOO big AVI Files from the web... I download movies that are about 720Mb- 850 Mb (No it's not mpeg-
2 files)... it's impossible to burn, WHY???

Have people started to use 900 Mb CD-s or what?
    Thanx/
    Lars

  2. Please search online websites which have 800MB CD-R/RW disks for sell. I have also started seeing a few 850MB-870MB CD-R/RW disks for sell as well. Before you buy just make sure your software will let you burn this amount of data onto one disk first. I have heard you should use Nero Ver. 5.x or WINONCD software that supports overburning to be safe. I have not seen many major brands but I have seen Ritek/Arita, Platinum, and a bunch of generics that I have never heard of before. Anything bigger consider buying a DVD burner or use a file splitting program to put the data on two CDs and rejoin although this can take several minutes to do. I hope this helps.
