Hi I have a problem with Tmpeg when i merge my mpg files I hear a popping/click sound in the area where the merge was made. Is there a remedy for this?

TMPGEnc may add that if the end of the source has more pictures without sound, use split/merge on part 1 and remove a frame or so from the end, TMPGENC will automatically jump to the key frames.
Do the same with the beginning of part 2
This is not very good, but TMPGEnc cannot edit a frame at a time.
You could also go to the join, and delete the section with the beep -
If you have audio editing software that can handle a file that large, you could also demux the joined MPEG and just "silence" (not delete) the pop. Unless it's in a particularly noisy scene you can probably see it in the waveform.
