I got two movie files, each are avi, both are divx, however i wanted to cut the files and I do it with virtual dub, but when I'm opening the file with virtual dub, it usually should show the video picture on a split screen, but with these files i have, in the source it shows only one black picture, and I also cut it so, however when I wanted to convert the cut file with tmpgenc it comes out without video, there's only audio.
Also, when i tried just to convert the original avi file with tmgenc, the tmpgenc can't open it.
Something is wrong with files, but I'm not really advanced much at that level so If someone could please help me , Is there another way that would work please?![]()

Download the Nimo Codec Pack
then make sure that you have Direct Stream Copy selected in Virtualdub for both the audio and the video. And when you cut make sure that you cut on keyframes so that you don't get async problemsBig_Jit
