    I have Pearl Harbor, Video is excellent but sound is a little quiet, is there a way of boosting it

    Tried everything within Windows.

    If I extract the Audio file as WAV via VirtualDub then use TMPeng to boost/normalize the volume...Hope I'm right so far........How do I add the `new` Audio track back to my movie and replace the original.

    Sorry if this has been asked before, but I can't find a detailed instruction.

    You do it at the same time

    TMPGEnc
    Browse > AVI (original)
    Browse > WAV

    You could do it without saving out the WAV

    Setting > Audio > Use audio edit > Setting > Change Volume > Play
