    I am currently rip dvd using
    1. CladDVDx xp x1.3
    2. DVD2AVI
    3. TmpGEnc
    It works perfectly to create VCD from DVD, except SUBTITLE.

    I'd like VCD with subtitle. Does anyone can tell me the DETAIL STEPS & TOOLS to make it work?

    Check the Guides here on this site. Basically, you rip the VOBs & subtitles from the disc, frameserve the pseudo-AVI through VirtualDub using a subtitling filter, then encode that data with TMPGEnc. Here, check this link:
