    I am on the last part of TMPGEnc, I go to start the process and a window
    pops up and reads can't load "P3Package.dll". Can someone tell me what
    to do.

    Re-install the Tmpeg program. That file should be in the directory containing Tmpeg,check to see if it's in the Tmpeg directory.
