ok... so i have some movies in avi format on my computer that i have converted to mpeg format. I have done this because I have a Dazzle Digital Video Creator thing that has a TV-OUT, but it will not play .avi format. Anyhow, it seems as if some movies that I have do not have enough FPS to play on the TV screen. The movies play perfectly on my computer screen, but when i play them to the TV i get alot of flashing. It is my belief that for some reason 23.976fps is not enough for TV when playing through the Dazzle Digital Video Creator. So i was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this? maybe raise the frame rate or something?
