SPIDERMAN NEEDS HELP!

hi everyone....i am a major newbie

i downloaded the already-svcd form of SPIDERMAN and i wanted to know if there were any way to put it into tmpgenc and change the settings....the one i wanted to change was "Do Not Frame Rate Conversion" - if i dont have that setting its really choppy on my Panasonic A320...and I'd like to point out that my DVD player is not on the DVD Players compatibility list.

you can load spider man into tmpeg and load the template called "unlock" then this lets you acess all settings

whenever i try to load it into tmpeg i get this:

"The procedure entry point ThunkConnect32 could not be located in the dynamic link library Kernel32.dll."

then it loads somehow.....is that okay? and should i just change settings as usual?
