Which program allows direct making of CVD BIN/CUE CD images from mpeg files

But what type of VideoCD type should I be using vcd 1.1, vcd 2.0, or svcd 1.0

For mpg-1 use 2.0, for mpg-2 use svcd.

CVD images would fall under SVCD 1.0

I use VCDImager to make my CVD images.
