there are way to many pages out there trying to help people with the ripping converting and burning ect...

i have the following questions and a SIMPLE 1) 2) 3) step by step would really help......

first when I tried to rip oceans 11 there are diffent sets of vob's and it cant copy any full vob with out a lot of errors, so how can i copy tha dvd as well as others.

second how can i go from divx to dvd. i can decode the audio fine but in tmpeg it doesnt encode mpeg2 just a black box with audio thats 3.x gig.. so whats up wit hthat....

just please explain what software is needed and hwo to do it, i got an a04 and a plex dvd/cdrw

2. Always check the file->preview before encoding the entire movie and you could also make a short test mpg with tmpgenc . If you do not get any picture try increase the directshow prirority and reopen the divx

and be sure to play the mpeg2 dvd with a dvd software player.
