    I am sure this has been answered but I have looked and tried everything on the message boards so far.

    When I start the frameserve should I have to stop it? How long does it take?

    When I start it the numbers jump but they remain at zero....is this correct or do I need to do something different at the frameserve step?

    Any help would be appreciated...

    start the frameserver, load the signpost file, start the encoder.
