Have a dvd I'd like to burn for a friend in PAL format. Ideally, would like to send him both a PAL DVD as well as a PAL VHS copy of the DVD.
Is it just a matter of encoding my AVI file to PAL then burning, or are there other steps I need to be thinking of?
