Encoding from DVD rip (vob files) using TMPGEnc I always get fuzzy images around people when the movements are faster, or camera movement is fast. I'm not talking about action movies with fighting scenes, but scenes with movements even at the beginning of the film like "Dream Work" moving across the screen I see fuzziness (lines) at the edges of the letters.
I tried bumping up both the bitrate and CQ but not much help. Any other suggestions that I might take? Turn on Noise Reduction or other settings that might help?![]()
