Spruce up problem

I am having trouble creating multiple movie dvds with spruce up, the problem is that when i write the title set - when playing back certain films i get like a stutter along the bottom of the movie (like a shifting).
If i encode with tmpeg and set the bitrate to 1600 this does not happen, but how can i get round this problem and encode as standard vcd 1150 bitrate.

i'm getting the same problems.. never tried changing the bitrate though.

It's really annoying, and i know that other people are using this to compile dvd's - really got me stumped.

If i find a way round this m8 - i will let you know.

thanks i'd appreciated that, having to re-encode all teh films aint any joy..
