    Hi
    I used TmpEnc to convert the file to VCD format, then I used
    TSCV0.84 to make chapters , after reviewing the XML and the CUE
    file it looks OK but after I burn the CD and run it there r no chapters
    only 1 track.
    I know there is some thing about GOP parameters in the TMPEnc that
    need to be changed in order to fix it but I dont no what to do

    That is correct. Adding chapters doesn't split up your clip - it creates an index file that is used by your DVD player to jump to points within the track.

    Don't forget, you must be in PBC mode to have the DVD recognize the entrypoints.
