    help!!!!i'm having a problem converting an avi file to mpeg.i use tmpgenc and 10% into converting my file i get an error message which says INDEX OF SCANLINE IS OUT OF RANGE(240).any help much appreciated

    Try using Divfix on the Divx file, could be corrupted...

    i just opened the file with divfx and ran check errors and got this message

    Checking Errors...
    NOTE: The error checking is not perfect!
    Corrupted data detected at frame 8544
    Error offset: 13161642
    Corrupted data detected at frame 34899
    Error offset: 53084264
    Done.

    now wot do i do???

    ive done that but it says there are errors at the same points in the file. wot should i do????
