I have done all of the necessary steps to make an SVCD and have used Ulead DVD Movie factory to make chapters and menus but when I go to burn it tells me
"Some chapter entry frame numbers exceed the total frames"
What does this mean? How can I fix it?

  2. There are some patches on Ulead's web site for DMF. Give one or more of them a try and see if it corrects your problem.

I've tried the patches. None work. I still get that stupid message! I've even re-encoded the video. Same message. Contacted Ulead, no responce.

Try converting it at 29.970 fps (do not use 23 internally 29fps). You may have to turn 3:2 pulldown off.

I did that. Maybe my problem is that the video was originally 20fps and set TMPG for NTSC Film. Could that be it?
