I've done a few movies with IfoEdit/Rempeg and always had good results. Last night I tried Vanilla Sky and it encoded fine but when I re-muxed it and watched it there were quick (1 second) pauses every couple of minutes. I've heard that this is a common problem. Anyway to avoid this. Using these two programs is the easiest method for me.
