How do I make Dvd-like Box Cover Art?

Does anyone know how to create dvd box art? Cuz I want to make some for some of my anime vcds I have. Is there a program that makes them like a cd labler program? I also want to know how to make like the side art(where you place like 5 dvd cases next to each other and it creates like a mural)...Can someone help me?

A friend of mine measured a real insert and made his own template in MS Publisher.

There is a program that does that!
I think Nero does it, I'm not sure 'cause I'm at work. Neato may also do it too.

They now offer DVD inserts for DVD cases so presumeably their Mediaface software has been updated to incorporate templates for these. DVD discs are exactly the same size as CD discs so any brand of CD labels and software will work just as well for the disc labels.

As for the art work, that'll still need a decent graphics package and an artistic flair unless you are scanning existing covers.

One of the main reasons I still have Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 installed is for the CD Booklet maker. It is awesome. Creates all your spine art, etc. Just import jpg's / text etc like any other program.

It's just a cover for a dvd box, where I keep a funny vcd with movies from my site, so I added the additional crappy things like exclusive features
