I was wondering how to use this since I normally have to demux the out of sync clip to separate video and audio files and correct manually in Goldwave then remux. TMPGEnc doesn't give an exact video time but rounds to the nearest second. Goldwave gives the audio length to 3 decimal places, meaning it's trial and error to get it right. Anyone using the audio offset in TMPGEnc?
