What would cause a VCD to speed up when playing then slow down. When you play it back again in the same spot, it does not always do it at that spot.
Using TMPGnc, Nero, and Daewoo 5000n.
Is this has to do with the player, frame formats (23.96 versus 29 fps) or what? or perhaps the quality of the CDR media?

Difficultly reading media --> possible
Incorrectly multiplexed stream --> possible
FILM vs. NTSC framerate --> possible (assuming you muxed it correctly, then this would be an issue with your player)
