Any way to join two AC3 files together? I have tried virtualdub but when I try to convert the ac3 with Headac3e, i get errors in the stream... Perhaps the is a AC3 fixer program out there somewhere...
I know i could convert to WAV and then join, but that takes ages and i just havent got the disk space....

How about the Dos command...
Open a Dos box and type
copy /b a.ac3+b.ac3+c.ac3 abc.ac3
where a, b c etc are the names of your ac3 files, abc.ac3 the name of the resulting file.
/b identifies the files as binary.
Should work if all the files are at the same sample rates.
