    I have looked about honest but I just can`t seem to see how to do both with ease.Ulead workshop or moviefactory is nice and easy for menus but why can`t it install chapter points that can be skipped to whilst playing.The software that can do that seems a pain with menus.
    What should I use.Can I put chapter points and keep the file an mpeg and then use Ulead?

    There is no DVD Authoring app that I know of that will allow chapter points to be imported seperately. You may want to check out DVD Workskop again. To the best of my memory, it does allow you to create chapter points throughout your video,
