IF anyone knows what could be wrong, please let me know. It says video cd on the player so I know it supports it. Thanks.

  2. hmm....I have that dvd player and it plays vcds perfectly. What did you do to burn and encode it? Nero and TMPGEnc are my programs of choice.

  3. I downloaded a sample vcd to see if it would work, a cue file and a bin file. Then I burned it with wincdr. Should i just try burning it again w/ something else?

  4. THe errors you are describing sound like a problem in the burn process. Try re-burning again. My DVD standalone sometimes does similar things. Try powering it off for a minute and then try playing the VCD again. This has worked for me.
